Rewires

• Socket outlets mounted in skirting

• Toggle type light switches

• Fuses blowing regularly

• Re-wireable fuses rather than miniature circuit breakers

• Black rubber cabling

• Light pendants with twisted flex

• Wooden backed switches or fuse boards

• Insufficient points in all rooms

• Earthing undersized or absent

Old or faulty electrics can lead to fires or electric shock. The introduction of RCD's  (residual current devices) reduces the risk.
